Alexa Resort offers express shipping within New Zealand.
For Australian customers free shipping applies to orders NZ$500 and over.
Orders are processed and dispatched within two business days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Please allow additional few days for deliveries to locations outside main city areas and to rural locations.
International shipping :
We will soon have our online shipping calculator to make this easy for you. In the meantime please contact us for a quote on shipping.
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, any duties or taxes associated with the order are the responsibility of the recipient, and will need to be paid prior to the release of your order. Please contact your local customs office directly for more information on taxes, duties and regulations
NB: all prices and payments made on the Alexa Resort website are in New Zealand dollar currency NZD$.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. All orders are subject to stock availability. Sorry but we cannot redirect orders once item/s have been dispatched.
From time to time we may run out of stock - especially on our limited edition items. If items ordered via our online store are no longer available or in the event we are unable to fulfill your order, Alexa Resort will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a full refund or offer you an exchange for another alternative.
Returns + Exchanges
You can return any item [with the exception of swimwear and undergarments and jewelery) within 14 days if the original tag/s remain intact, Items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all original packaging.

Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Alexa Resort. Note: we do not offer exchanges on International orders.
Hopefully this never happens , as each garment is made by hand with lots of love by us, but from time to time some thing might not be 100% perfect.
Items are deemed 'faulty 'if they are received by the customer damaged, or if they have a manufacturing fault. Garments damaged as a result of wear and tear or improper care / incorrect washing etc, are not considered to be faulty.
Please contact us immediately if you have something delivered and its not quite right so we can sort it out. or drop us a photograph in an email to sales@Alexaresort.com
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, Paypal account or your Alexa Resort account as a credit.
We do not refund the original shipping cost.
Please note refunds may take up to 5 business days to complete, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
We take great pride in handmaking all our range in New Zealand. Every piece is quality checked before being dispatched to you. We want you to absolutely love your purchase. If you receive an item that you think is not in perfect condition please contact us ASAP so we can rectify for you as quickly as possible.
Display / Colour / Fabric
We make every effort to display all our collections and garments as accurately as possible and our catalogue is not photoshopped: However computer & tablet screen displays can vary, therefore we can't guarantee the display of any item colour will be 100% accurate.
Gift Wrap and Gift Vouchers
We would love to issue someone special with an Alexa Resort Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers are available to be issued for any sum above $50 and will be made out in New Zealand Dollars redeemable within 12 months. Gift wrap is available free of charge on all orders. We think you will love our beautiful Alexa Resort hand wrapped packaging which features a bespoke gift box with tissue and include a personalised card for all orders over NZ$300.
